This case has been used as an experimental case to test various configurations
of the FOREWIND model. This case features a primary low pressure center just
just to the southwest of Pittsburgh at the initial time (0000 UTC). This low
fills over the subsequent 6-12 hrs and a secondary low develops east of the
DELMARVA peninsula. The winds over southwest PA rapdidly increase from the
west nothwest as the primary fills and the secondary low develops.
